June, July and August Course Schedules for Interactive and Live FASTRAC Real Estate Training

(Free-Press-Release.com) June 16, 2009 -- In the efforts to assist Exit real estate agents in this slow-moving housing market, Exit Realty Talbot and Company continues to embrace the latest trends in technology, sales and marketing by offering live and interactive training sessions in their offices. Previews of the courses are also available to non-Exit agents considering a change of company. The FASTRAC courses run for a maximum of 2.5 hours and are offered in both the morning and afternoon.

The June course schedule runs from June 15, 2009 until June 19, 2009 and includes courses covering Objection Handling, Appraising Buyers and Closing Techniques. See June Training Schedule.

The July course schedule runs for two five day intervals, the first from July 13, 2009 to July 17, 2009. A noted event during this course schedule is a speaking engagement by Tami Bonnell, previously recognized as one of the Top 8 Most Influential Women in Real Estate by RIS Media. The second week or July real estate training runs from the 27th to the 31st and includes topics such as Open Houses that Work and Handling the Phone. See July 27-31 Training Schedule.

For anyone interested in pursuing a career in real estate, a third set of courses will be offered discussing the Principles of Real Estate from August 17 – 21, 2009. These courses are required to obtain a real estate license. See August 17-21 Training Schedule.
