(Washington DC)—The Washington Post has again awarded a contract for Crisis and Media training for this year’s Distinguished Educational Leadership Awards winners. The contract is the fourth annual training by the Pincus Group for the Washington Post.
“We always look forward to this training and working with this outstanding group of educators, “said Aileen Pincus, President of The Pincus Group. “Being involved in the Washington Post program to recognize outstanding educators is a special honor for us.”
The training, with coaches Pincus and David Burnett, will take place at the Ritz-Carlton Resort in Naples, Florida in July. Attendees attend a full-day tailored session on crisis and media relations, designed to further develop communication and leadership skills. Attendees are hosted by the Post to help provide skills to meet any crisis or school event garnering media attention.
The 20 attendees are kindergarten through 12th grade principals, selected from among their peers in the greater Washington Region for their efforts in creating exceptional educational environments for the students.
