GetZooks is a charity fund raising project of the Eleanor Roberts Educational Fund (EREF), a California 501c3 non-profit corporation providing on-line shopping solutions that create revenue for schools, community & faith associations, charities, and individuals. Schools, associations, and approved charities are provided a on-line Cyber-Mall for free by GetZooks.com, individuals may participate to earn personal revenue by paying a small monthly fee and signing up for the business option being hosted at www.getzooks.biz.

Purposes:

The purpose of the Eleanor Roberts Educational Fund is to help schools increase charity fund raising potentials, and to meet the UN Millennium Development Goal of achieving Universal Primary Education. Every human being should have the opportunity to make a better life for themselves. Unfortunately, too many children in the world today grow up without this chance, because they are denied their basic right to even attend primary school. A sustainable end to world poverty as we know it, as well as the path to peace and security, require that citizens in every country are empowered to make positive choices and provide for themselves and their families. GetZooks.com, as the host for charity programs, provides a social network where all participants may promote humanitarian projects, make friends, and share tips for successfully raising revenue utilizing the GetZooks model.

GetZooks will fund activities that deliver education, as well as health care, through sustainable development projects designed to incorporate achieving all of the Eight UN Millennium Development Goals. Rollout Plan
GetZooks is planning on rolling out a phased release of the company starting June 1st.
Those who join during phase 1 or 2 will share in added corporate revenues in perpetuity, and qualify as a Leader.

PHASE ONE: June 1st – June 6th

During phase 1 a limited number of users will be invited to start filling their matrix, and use the system as beta-testers. We will be testing the back-end to make sure there are no glitches in the positioning of sign-ups and the user friendliness of the back-end office. Users will not need to pay any money during phase 1, upon completion of the beta, users will be able to “activate” their accounts by paying the $29.95 for their position plus 1 time $30.00 sign-up fee so that Debit Cards can be issued to them. For the most part, all sign-ups will stay in their exact order, some adjustments may be needed but will not effect whom you signed-up under. Users joining in phase 1 will not pay the $29.95 monthly fee again until phase 3 begins.

PHASE TWO: June 7th – July 1st
During phase 2 users will earn a fast-start bonus of $10.00 per person they sign up, begin filling their matrix, and continue beta-testing of the system. System components to compliment the business building will be added and tested during this time, including the combined social and business networking Cyber-Malls which are intended to become available around June 23rd. Should further testing be required phase 3 would be pushed back a bit, we'd rather be a little late than than release an inferior product.

PHASE THREE: July – September

During phase 3 the system will open to the general public. Each member will continue to receive a fast start bonus on personal sign-ups, share in a 3x7 matrix revenue generator, and begin adding stores to their Cyber-Malls to make sales for which they will earn a affiliate percent of each sale. It is also planned that within phase 3 members will be able to sign-up “FREE” members into their down-line, those FREE user accounts will earn into the system by making sales of products and automatically be activated into the matrix upon earning the $59.95 ($29.95 + 1 time $30.00 set-up) activation cost.

PHASE FOUR: September

In phase 4 users will be given an option for self-publishing of music, e-books, videos, and other digitally deliverable products and services for addition into the catalog so that sales may be marketed through users Cyber-Malls. Product revenue generated by sales of the digital goods will be paid directly into the publishers (and a portion to Distributors) Debit Card account. Additionally a members “Auction” is planned to be added to the back-end office which will allow our members to spend earnings directly amongst one another without first passing those funds through the debit card system. If ready, a “automated-escrow” process will be utilized to protect all members from fraudulent transactions.

PHASE FIVE: December
In phase 5 a virtual world (Free Digital Universe) inclusive 3D options like 2nd Life is planned for integration, this will allow 3rd world users without credit cards for payment to begin participating by earning into the system using a virtual currency; this step will enable a larger information age economic system for ushering in a more sustainable future.


Comp Plan

Compensation. Compensation within the GetZooks Private Membership Internet Business Club has been designed to assure a Win-Win situation for every Member. Compensation is based on the Members sale of services available through Member Programs, or from the Company, and the sharing of a percentage of corporate net revenue with Members, the percent of which is still to be determined. Compensation of $10.00 will be made on all personal referrals of new Club Members. Additional compensation is based on Programs available to Club Members, which they may opt into as they wish.

No Member is required to join Member offered programs, although Member offered programs that are exclusive to the Membership have the potential to provide much higher rewards. Compensation is made on all personal sales or purchases through Member's Prosperity Program Stores, Cyber-Malls, and Social Widgets; and on personal referalls into the Program.

The amount earned for store sales depends on whom the Affiliate Product Provider is, the compensation model for Program referrals is based on a 3x7 Forced Matrix explored just below.

The Club matrix is a 3x7 Forced and compressing matrix.
