Explore Talent At The BET Awards With The Stars

Hosting the BET Award ceremony this year will be Jamie Foxx, who has also been nominated for three awards. Honorees The O’Jays who have made notable contributions to the music industry are being celebrated and honored with a lifetime achievement award for the strides and impact they have made in the music industry over the years. Alicia Keys is being honored with a humanitarian award this year. Alicia is a co-founder and a Global Ambassador of “Keep a Child Alive,” a non-profit organization that provides children and their families with medicine that are HIV and AIDS positive in Africa. Wyclef Jean is also being honored with a humanitarian award for his efforts to help reduce world hunger with organizations like United Nations World Food Programme, Pan American Development Foundation and the Yele Haiti Foundation. Wyclef works to not only provide needed resources through these foundations but also works to raise awareness.
