TCC Announces Extension of Free Download for Premier Book in Apocalyptic Fiction Series

June 30, 2009

The promotional period for a free download of "Seed", the first in the seven-book epic DOMINION has been extended through July 13th, 2009.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) June 30, 2009 --Robert Schihl, PhD., President of The Compasse Corporation, announced today the extension of a special promotional offer for the new apocalyptic epic series Dominion. TCC has set a distribution target of 1000 free downloads of a full digital version of Book I: Seed, and will keep this promotion available up to the release of the second book in the series, Phoenix, scheduled to be available through lulu.com on July 14, 2009.

“We are thrilled with the response to the free download of Seed,” said Schihl. “As the number of downloads has increased dramatically in the final few days of the offer, we have decided to extend the promotion. We are convinced that once the reader samples the plot, they will know they have a grabber in their hands. We would encourage you to invite your friends to download as our guest."

The release of Seed was announced on June 17, 2009 – the first effort of newcomer to the Apocalyptic Fiction genre, Compasse. Though TCC has been in existence since 1996, it was only this month that the group formally registered as a publishing house, establishing a division that will focus on contemporary fiction with religious and supernatural themes.

The previous announcement for the release of Book I:Seed can be found here.

The Dominion Project weaves vivid supernatural imagery within contemporary geopolitical scenarios, viewed through the eyes and experiences of well-developed characters of diverging beliefs and backgrounds. It is thought-provoking - even incendiary - in its willingness to delve into controversial subjects and disturbing realties. Though the author is clear that this work is pure fiction, his read of "the signs of the times" proposes a future world that seems to be not only prophetic, but perhaps even likely.

The promotion can be accessed via The Dominion Project.
