Yule shares six steps to follow to be successful in anything you want, especially your fat loss and fitness goals:

1. Decide EXACTLY what it is that you want to accomplish. Set clear expectations for yourself.

2. Determine what you intend to give in return for this accomplishment (there is no such thing as something for nothing).
3. Establish a definite timeline for your accomplishment.
4. Create a precise plan for carrying out your accomplishment and start immediately, whether you feel you are ready or not. Do not procrastinate!
5. Write your goal and action plan down.
6. Read your written goal aloud, twice a day. As you review your goal, picture yourself already in possession of your goal.
