JY has been diligently flooding the music scene with new music in preparation for The Hiring Process. The follow up to last summer’s critically acclaimed mix tape "IT’S Daddy”, which spawn the street hits "Tell Me What It is (Remix) featuring Joe Budden & Cory Gunz. "The Hiring Process" features Guest appearances by Rell, Freeway, Young Chris, and Cory Gunz with production by Rocwilder, Young Hype, and Adante Ace.
