Assess your weight loss situation early and take it slow. If it comes off a pound or two a week, that is ideal. You will be more likely to keep it off in the long run.

I know you have heard this before but believe me this works. Choose high fiber foods. Fibre adds bulk to your diet so it makes you feel full helping to control your appetite. Fruits and vegetables, wholegrain breads and rice and beans and lentils as well.

If you can find someone to partner up with you, you'll reach your weight loss goals much faster.

Lastly, you can't forget about a little exercise. Now I want you to know something and this is very important. Losing weight is not about killing yourself in the gym. The most important fact of losing weight is taking in fewer calories than you burn. You could exercise until your blue in the face but if you are not eating right you won't lose the weight. That being said, if you have given yourself a little time before your wedding everything will be just fine. Shoot for 30 minutes a day for three to four times a week. You should be shooting for exercises that raise your heart rate as these are the ones that will help you lose weight for your wedding day.
