VJ Technologies Introduces IXS X-Ray Generator Series

BOHEMIA, NY, USA, 22 June 2009 – VJ Technologies, an industry leader in X-ray inspection products and technology headquartered in Bohemia, New York, USA, today officially marked its entry into high-voltage generator market with the introduction of the IXS X-Ray Generator Series.

Through innovative design, the team has produced an x-ray generating unit that integrates the high voltage inverter, filament supply, x-ray tube and heat exchanger into one portable, self-cooled, radiation-contained unit. The product offers a versatile platform with output power from 10kV – 160kV, up to 500W continuous, and 3kW peak power. The IXS modular design allows for the options of fan or cone beam, various focal spot sizes, and flexible location of beam port, heat radiator, and control card.
