Rebecca Fuller primarily works from a relational model of therapy and uses existential, family systems and psychodynamic approaches, as well as cognitive behavior approaches as needed. She also uses mindfulness techniques as a way to help clients live in and enjoy the present moment.

Her approach is holistic and she believes that every aspect of a person-including past experiences, relationships, emotions, biological/physical reactions and nutrition-needs attention. Rebecca often recommends that her clients work with other professionals such as psychiatrists, nutritionists and massage therapists.

Rebecca Fuller is passionate about helping people experience the healing touch of Jesus Christ in all areas of life: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. She offers a warm and accepting space for folks experiencing pain and dissatisfaction in their relationships and help them learn healthier ways of interacting with others.

Rebecca Fuller is a registered Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington, #RC00053252. In 2006, Rebecca received a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Mars Hill Graduate School, located in Belltown. Her BA is in Communication Studies from Westmont College, Santa Barbara, CA. Currently, She a student in a two year Spiritual Guidance program with CFDM (Christian Formation and Direction Ministries).
