Lennar Hosts A Free New Homeownership Open House Event In The Triangle Area This Saturday, July 18

(Free-Press-Release.com) July 14, 2009 -- RALEIGH, N.C.- (July 14, 2009) – Lennar’s Raleigh division will host a free new homeownership open house event this Saturday, July 18 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at five of its participating Triangle area communities.

Prospective first-time homebuyers in Cary can stop by the homebuilders Bali at StoneWater community, Terracotta at StoneWater or the Park at Terracotta to participate in the open house event. In Raleigh, prospective homebuyers can visit Glenwood Station and the Park at Glenwood Station.

The homeownership open house event will provide all first-time buyers with important information on purchasing a home, including details on current mortgage rates and the first-time homebuyers tax credit worth up to $8,000.

“Purchasing a home can be overwhelming to some buyers,” said Trish Hanchette, President of Lennar’s Raleigh division. “So we have arranged the new homeownership open house event to help ease any concerns and show buyers how simple it can be to move into a brand new Lennar home.”

Right now the Lennar Raleigh division is providing two unique incentive offers at select Triangle area communities if a home is purchased by August 15. The first option offers to pay Homeowners’ Association dues for one year* and provides $0 closing cost** to all buyers. The second option offers qualified buyers special financing through Lennar’s preferred lender, Universal American Mortgage Company (UAMC), with below market financing with monthly payments the same or in some cases less than what someone is paying for rent.
