FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) July 20, 2009 -- In this edition of my P90X Reviews I am going to answer this one simple question.

"How much time do I need for P90X?"

P90X itself is an incredible system that will undoubtedly get you in shape if you follow the program consistently and also eat a clean and healthy diet.

With that said some people may just not have the time or maybe you do but with the time required you just cannot motivate yourself to Push Play consistently. Most P90X reviews will tell you about the program but not necessarily how long the workouts are. lets see if P90X is right for you.

Maybe you have an hour in the morning or two hours in the evening when you get home from work? Let's face it, we all lead busy lives and sometimes we just don't see it possible to spend hours at the gym. That is why you may turn towards home fitness as the answer.

P90X is a home fitness system that nearly everyone has heard of thanks to Beachbody and their late night infomercials. Maybe you have already jumped on board or perhaps you are researching to get answers before you take that step. Either way let's take a look beyond most p90x reviews at all of the workout DVD's and get an idea of the time that will be required each week.

There are 12 P90X Workout DVD's and in this edition of "P90X reviews" I want to focus directly on the run-times and total times needed each week to use the P90X Workout System.

Let's get started:

P90X Chest & Back ( 1 Hour )
Targeted strength and definition workout emphasizes two classic upper-body exercises.

P90X Plyometrics ( 59 Minutes )
Explosive jumping cardio routine proven to dramatically improve athletic performance.

P90X Shoulders & Arms ( 1 Hour )
Potent combination of pressing, curling, and fly movements, that will leave you stronger.

P90X Yoga X ( 1 Hour and 30 Minutes )
Combines strength, balance, flexibility, and breath work to enhance your physique and calm your mind.

P90X Legs & Back ( 59 Minutes )
Get ready to squat, lunge, and pull for a total-body workout like no other.

P90X Kenpo X ( 59 Minutes )

Intense cardiovascular workout with punching and kicking for endurance, balance, and coordination.

P90X X Stretch ( 58 Minutes )
Achieve a higher level of athleticism over a longer period of time, plus prevent injuries and avoid plateaus.

P90X Core Synergistics ( 57 Minutes )
Build and support multiple muscle groups to build and support the core while conditioning your body.

P90X Shoulders & Triceps ( 56 Minutes )
Target both large and small upper body muscles to push you to the brink.

P90X Back & Biceps ( 52 Minutes )
Flex those powerful biceps and focus on toning and tightening these showcase arm muscles.

P90X Cardio X ( 43 Minutes )
Low-impact cardio routine that is a fun fat-burning workout that will leave you feeling lean and mean.

P90X Ab Ripper X (16 Minutes)
Sculpt the 6-pack abs of your dreams and benefit your health and physical performance.

As you can see from the run times above each P90X workout resistance day (Chest and Back, Shoulders and Arms, Legs and Back, etc.) is roughly around 1 hour - Each resistance workout is then followed by the 16 minute Ab Ripper X.

On Cardio Days (Kenpo, Plyo, Cardio X, etc.) You are looking at around 45 minutes to an hour depending on the workout.

Finally, on Yoga X you are looking at 1 hour and 30 minutes.

So with these times you now know that you will need at a minimum 45 minutes a day to complete your workout and at a maximum you will need 1 hour and 30 minutes. Of course this is at home so you need to remember that you don't have travel time to consider and you do not have to wait for any machines, so that's a bonus.

Let's go a little further than most P90X Reviews and take a look at a week of the P90X Workout system to get an idea of the average total time needed each week.

If you choose to skip Stretch X and take that 7th day off you will need about 7 Hours and 15 Minutes a week to do your P90X Workout.

With X Stretch included you will need about 8 Hours and 15 Minutes total.

That does it for this edition of P90X Reviews.
