Hindu marriage act needs amendments - Kadyan Khap International.
Jat samaj never allowed marriages in the same gotra said Naresh Kadyan, Convener of the Kadyan Khap International, Hindu marriage act needs amendments he further asked for.

Hindu Jat society still have some values and principles, this community do not believe in same gotra marriages because they believe that this kind of act is anti social, against social values and non scientific as well, hence this is a great demand to amend the Hindu marriage act. Kadyan Khap International appeal to the Govt. to look in to resolve this problem, same gotra marriage be placed as a cognizable crime with major punishment....this kind of legislation be introduced to avoid controversies.
