The book, published in April of 2008 received a five-star (out of five stars) review from the Midwest Book Review, an entity libraries rely on when ordering books for their catalogs. The review concluded that the book “is highly recommended for community library career collections.”

This book not only teaches the behaviors and skills expected and valued in the workplace, but explains why those behaviors and skills and so important to business owners and managers. In addition, the book uses real life situations to help illustrate key points. For example, before the book addresses ethics in the workplace, it looks at ethics in everyday life. One situation examined is the illegal downloading of music.
