FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Tampa, FL – Fundraising is big business, now more than ever. And there are groups all over the world that depend on public speakers to help them raise funds for their charity. Yet in his years of public speaking, Schweitzer has never been asked to help raise funds for a worthy cause or charity. Until now.
Known for his superior investigative talent, as an information specialist and the creator of the Judgment Recovery industry, Al Schweitzer is no stranger to the speaking circuit. After all, he was an expert consultant to the FTC and US Customs Internal Affairs, has been referred to as "the world's most dangerous man", "a one man mission impossible" and is discussed in the "History of the FBI". He boasts over 40 television appearances,
including Nightline, 20/20, CBS Morning and 48 Hours and Oprah, Maria Shriver and Ted Koppel have interviewed him. It’s safe to say that Al Schweitzer's reputation is legendary.
Schweitzer works the speaking circuit, sharing his talent, knowledge and experience with REIAs, entrepreneurial and wealth building groups across the country. Most commonly, his topic is judgment recovery, the now booming industry Schweitzer is recognized as creating in the late 1980s. Whether live or via webinar, his calendar is booked months in advance as eager opportunists wait to learn from the best and buy his judgment recovery course.
On August 6, however, Schweitzer will not only be giving his time and knowledge to a group of San Antonio, TX real estate investors, he will
be helping a worthy cause – The San Antonio REIA (SAREIA) Free House Fund. Led by Orlando Rodriguez, SAREIA president, speaking events are being combined with fund raising events in a unique joint venture to help needy San Antonio, TX residents. “We are gathering funds here in our organization to purchase, revitalize and then give away a house to a needy family here. We ask of all the speakers to donate (a course) to this cause,” states Rodriguez. SAREIA then raffles the donations at fund raising events. According to 2004 statistics, in the US alone, 95 million people, one third of the nation, have housing problems including payments too large a percentage of their income. Unfortunately, these numbers continue to increase as the economic crisis continues.
Genuinely moved by the SAREIA’s random act of kindness, Schweitzer has agreed to donate and to additionally pledge 10% of his net sales profits from the August 6, 2009 webinar event to the SAREIA’s Free House Fund. Once their financial goal is reached, the Free House Committee will acquire and rehab a house to be given away to a needy and deserving San Antonio family in a grand community celebration event.
