Phase I: Assessment
Consultant will perform 5-6 interviews with executive's manager, peers, direct reports, and human resource personnel
Use of Executive Presence assessment instrument
Initial meeting with the executive
Gaining a Strategic Edge Program
Phase II: Development Plan
Detailed written summary of feedback interview data
Consultant will interpret and provide feedback to the executive from the assessment and interviews
Completion of a development plan
Phase III: Coaching Sessions
8 sessions over a 4-6 month period
Phone coaching as appropriate, in between sessions
Shadowing of executive in meetings and other public communication situation, if appropriate
Use of video taping during sessions and behavioral contracts and assignments between sessions
Coaching for a key event, if appropriate
Follow up session
