CEO / strategic leader for internet "roll up" that is well underway and about to go public this fall.--Proven track record -consolidation, integration and operation. WALL STREET /IPO experience. Heavy telco/internet industry presence with "Name Brand" companies / ISPs. Excellent presentation skills and proven managerial abilities in the telco/internet arena .



Location:

US-NY-New York City

Compensation: Base Pay: $195,000 - $200,000/year

Bonus: $195,000

Other: Very Significant Stock Options

Relocation Covered: YES





Key Competencies/Experience/ Attributes/Style Required:





Solid Telecommunications/ Internet Service Provider background with "name brand" companies. Senior Executive presence and communications skills. Proven track record successfully leading Public Company/ Telco or ISP . WALL STREET experience and connections are important.--College Degree/ ADV Degree/ certification in relevant field.



Required Experience: More than 10 Years

Required Education: 4 Year Degree
