Years of correspondence to government departments the secretary of state for transport, Prime Minister followed. In August 2001 in UK Statutory Instrument 561 the IP was legalised without reference to the IP owners.
Further correspondence followed, personal promises from Mr. Tony Blair UK Prime Minister to address the situation followed. Nothing was ever done, there has been a huge government conspiracy to deliberately set out and steal the IP. An application by the IP owners against the UK authorities, Crown of Great Britain and the EU Transport Commission under Article 1 of the Human Rights Act has followed.
