Populist organizations nationwide declared marketer and liberal in good standing Jonathan Rouse of Los Angeles, California to be a known Man of the People. Rouse's "everyman" status will doubtless serve him well in his ongoing quest against elitism and the struggle to avoid "being fancy." Former winners of this award include Joe Santino, Carla Smith & William Fisher, a trio who so exemplify "commoner" status as to be virtually unknown to all but the most avid followers of populist award giving. Mr Rouse lives in a modest, unassuming house with a wife & two pugs, but is perhaps best known for his car, the famed "Silver Phantom."
