Does QK SMTP Server reject dynamic IP sender?

Question: Does QK reject dynamic IP sender?

I am testing QK. Please use it and send an email to me a.2002@*.com.br. I did not succeeded. My ISP it rejects dynamic IP sender. Can QK bypass this?

I just consult with our programmer he said that, "You can not directly send, but generally you can send via relay SMTP Server." QK has such an option "send via a relay SMTP Server"--- one of the sending ways. Thanks again for your support!
