Cleveland, Ohio; September 6, 2005 – Business Results, Ltd. announced today that it has completed an Agreement under which The Growth Factor, LLC’s founder, Michael Bush will be joining the five year old investment banking firm and merging The Growth Factor’s medical business into Business Results.

The Growth Factor is a business growth advisory firm that helps medical, biotech, informatics and related companies grow and prepare for M&A and exit opportunities. Founded in 2003 by Michael Bush, The Growth Factor will eventually roll all of its clients and operations into Business Results. This will expand Business Results’ reach by combining Mr. Bush’s medical and technology expertise with the Business Results’ merger and acquisition experience adding a new market vertical to one of the region’s most experienced and accomplished small and mid-market M&A firms.
