VOORHEES, NEW JERSEY (October 1, 2005) – SJ Magazine, a leading monthly publication serving the South Jersey region, has selected John Thomas – JT of JT’s Fitness – as its “Person To Watch” for the publication’s October 2005 issue.
The publication, with targeted circulation primarily in Camden, Gloucester and Burlington counties, features a two-page interview with the 55-year-old fitness expert, who is leading a Core Tour throughout South Jersey taking his message of core fitness and total wellness to people of all ages and walks of life.

JT – also known as South Jersey’s “People’s Trainer” – has visited schools, businesses and organizations throughout 2005 sharing techniques, tips and smart practices for core fitness training. JT carried his core fitness message to the Camden Waterfront in early September where he educated – and entertained – Riversharks fans at Campbell’s Field.
In addition to training regional sports celebrities, executives, families and business leaders in the South Jersey region, JT also tailors his core training techniques to assist those recovering from survery, undergoing chemotherapy for treatment of cancer, addressing obesity concerns in teens and adults, or those individuals living with disease or physical limitations caused by disease. JT also trains the elderly – working to improve the physical wellness of those 80-years-young and beyond.
