Please be aware, that real estate transactions over Ebay, "the buyers are not protected", only the sellers are. We have been defrauded of thousands of dollars by a fraudulent seller in Nova Scotia, Canada, that is selling land over Ebay. Ebay refuses to assist the buyers who have been defrauded as to say" WE ARE SORRY ABOUT THE BAD TRANSACTION OVER EBAY", they still let this seller sell land over Ebay, because the sellers pay Ebay, not the buyers.
