The Internet Marketing Professionals Association IMPA will act as a governing body and will issue a living charter containing standards and guidelines for the ethical conduct of Internet businesses and for acceptable Internet marketing activities.
According to Scott Alliy IMPA members are marketing professionals who by virtue of their membership pledge to become involved in the creation of and adhere to the highest ethical standards of online business practice.
