Almost Instant Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:

6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips, or top-quality bar of bittersweet chocolate, broken into small pieces
2/3-cup heavy cream, hot, but not boiling
2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Grand Marnier (optional)

Step 1
Put the chocolate pieces in a food processor and add the hot cream and butter. Process for 30 seconds until the chocolate has melted. Add the eggs, vanilla and Grand Marnier, if using. Transfer to individual serving containers and chill for 4 hours before serving.

Serving Suggestion
Serve topped with grated chocolate, whipped cream, and/or raspberries.
