In order to raise awareness and generate "buzz," an Elkton Man created a Press Release.
For_Immediate_Release:
A Elkton, Maryland Resident Jason Lathsaw recently released a Press Release online.
"It's easy, it's free. It's cool, like companies do it all the time, so now I can raise awareness like I'm a Fortune 500 Company. Just me. I can fill the Internet with my own news."
When asked what news he wanted to release using his newfound Press Release abilities, he said, "My ability to release Press Releases."
Immediately upon releasing his Press Release, his searched Google and was mildly disappointed to find that he retrieved no hits when searching for "Elkton" or "Resident" or "Press Release."
When asked what he was going to announce in the future, Latshaw didn't venture to speculate too much. "Maybe, you know, just my life and stuff, like this morning I forgot to shave and now I have kind of a scruffy face. There you have it, a Press Release right there."
