Most of us in Florida find Spring Break to be an annoyance; Crowded beaches, loud parties, and clogged roads. To the rest of the country, Spring Break is a novelty that only the lucky ones get to attend. Spring Break’s popularity has grown with the evolution of MTV and cities like Panama City and Fort Lauderdale.
Morgan Films Entertainment is proud to announce that after 6 years of outlines, treatments, meetings, and rewrites we are finally ready to roll camera on a Trailer for Spring Break: The Movie. While the full length script is ready, we’re shooting a Trailer to “spike” the interest of investors, producers, and production houses.
“Shooting a quality full length production on such a low budget was just not going to happen” reported Chris Morgan, Director with Morgan Films Entertainment. “We are shooting this trailer because we want to impress upon potential investors that we have what it takes and this story combined with the backdrop of Spring Break would draw audiences from all over the U.S.”
The trailer is scheduled to be shot July 28-30 in and around Orlando. Several local businesses have offered their facilities free of charge for use in filming. Actors and crew from all over Florida are coming to town to participate in this project.
Chris Morgan is a graduate of Florida Metropolitan University. His wife, Sarah Morgan is the Unit Production Manager. Jennifer Vargas, Producer and Jay De Los Santos, Director of Photography are also graduates of Florida Metropolitan University.
Morgan Films Entertainment has done several short projects ranging from horror, comedy, and drama. Our latest production, The Sunday Affair is currently in Post Production and will be submitted to film festivals nationwide.
