After centuries of hard brain bending work, the only unsolved Hilbert problem has finally fallen. This work could not have been solved without the labors of the millions of mathematicians and the envy of every cryptic society. For the world the stakes could not be any higher. A proof of the Riemann Hypothesis would severely threatened cryptology to its very core.
Fortunately this threat to the survival of the Internet never materialized. In fact the Riemann Hypothesis is false. The Mersenne Primes 2^24036583-1 and 2^13466971-1 are off the critical line.
This solution has posed millions of questions about Number Theory as it solves the last remaining Hilbert Problem. The assumption that the Riemann Hypothesis is true is embedded in many of our computer programs. It is also the assumption based on many of our code breaking algorithms. Only time will answer the legacy of the Riemann Hypothesis. http://www.geocities.com/overlord_77520
