Prudential Kansas City Realty has created a joint venture with Pulaski Bank and First American Title to form Legacy Title Services. The new company will provide Kansas City real estate home buyers and sellers with a new convenient title and escrow service.

Bill Perry, an attorney who has worked in the real estate brokerage and title insurance business for more than 25 years, will serve as president of Legacy Title Services.

Prudential Kansas City Realty has been recognized as one of the top 50 out of 700 companies in the Prudential Real Estate Affliates, Inc. network.

Prudential Kansas City Realty has more than 400 sales associates with corporate headquarters located in Overland Park. The Kansas City real estate firm has seven branch offices: two in Overland Park, one in Leawood, two in Prairie Village, and two in Kansas City, MO.

Legacy Title Services will be located at 6400 W. 95th St,, Overland Park, Kansas.
