About Kamyar Shadan:
Kamyar Shadan was most recently a Private Banker at, Wells Fargo & Co. Kamyar has an extensive network of relationships with VCs/entrepreneurs/executives/directors of public and private companies in Silicon Valley, San Francisco bay area and Tokyo.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo Kamyar was founder of Financial Reporting Solutions Inc. a forward developer of financial reporting solutions with a patent Granted technology which revolutionizes how we authenticate, view and review numeric financial data. This Patented technology is the first of its kind on building a genomic history for digits. Diginome technology is currently being reviewed for integration by major internet and data security firms.

Prior to FRS, Inc. Kamyar was Chief Operating Officer of Coherity Inc. in Palo Alto, CA. The company was later sold to a Competitor.

Kamyar has also provided corporate strategy development, venture capital funding, M&A, buy out, investment banking consulting along with strategic partnership development at the various positions he has been involved with. Kamyar has been working as a confident to Executives and Entrepreneurs through out his career and rapidly gains an in depth understanding of their priorities, needs, strengths, weaknesses and objectives. His board members and advisors have included: former CEO of HP and Chairman of Boeing, Founding Chief Scientist of Netscape. Previous to his Strategy/funding deployments he co-founded and was the COO of Internet Technology Group (ITG) in Silicon Valley with well established public company leaders where they built a unique operating model as a holding company/consulting/incubator.

Before joining ITG he worked at Morgan Stanley where he last co-led development of a corporate investment, Hi-Net worth, restricted securities and special situation investment advisory team. The team work with executives on and corporate pension clients on investment and portfolio management structure strategies.

In the early 90’s during the Savings & Loan crisis in the United states worked with General Partners in securing financing to acquire commercial real estate properties from the Resolution Trust Corporation and setting up of UPREITS (Real Estate Investment Trusts) for companies\families with large real estate portfolios. He has experience in commercial Real Estate Financing and was the President of the Northern California Chapter of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).

On a personal note Kamyar was recognized and certified as a Master instructor of Kung Fu since 1988. He is a certified search manager and an avid Polo Player.
