Jointly created by Randall Wilds, Kasey Kemp and John Lanier, The Christian Voice Magazine made its debut in September 2006. The cover of the premier issue featured The Dixie Melody Boys, one of Southern Gospel's most beloved quartets. With hundreds of new subscribers and artist affiliations, the new publication has been well received. Randall states, "We first began discussion of a new publication about two years ago. It's something we've wanted to do for a while, and we're so grateful to see it finally realized and being so well accepted by both artists and fans."

With Southern Gospel Music as the primary focus of the magazine, additional coverage will include well-known ministries and articles relating to faith and family matters. John adds, "We also want to look beyond the music into the lives of artists and ministries as they deal with real-life issues that define and give testimony to their faith."

In conjunction with the printed publication, The Christian Voice will also have a home on the web. Kasey says, "The website will include news, resources and other information not included in the printed version. It is still under development, but we are making progress toward completion."

The November '06 issue, now available, features Dottie Rambo on the cover. This issue as well as the premier issue featuring The Dixie Melody Boys can be viewed online at the new website: www.christianvoicemagazine.com.
