Known issues and appropriate solutions

When installing to save previous settings, or installing on top of version 6.0.0.303:
Anti-virus databases and databases for Registry Guard and Application Integrity Control saved earlier cannot be used
Security level settings for Anti-Hacker and the startup objects scan task run settings do not stay configured
The "Ban remote administration of service" setting resets
When you install on top of version 303, only the protection components available in build 303 will be installed under Windows XP 64-bit. In order to install additional protection components, you must use the Install and Remove Software Wizard, after which you will have to restart your computer twice.
When you install on top of version 303, the license key is not always correctly imported under Windows XP 64-bit. In such a case, you must repeat the activation procedure.
After product setup replacing installed build 303 you will have to restart the computer even if the setup wizard does not display a prompt to restart.
Product setup replacing installed build 303 on a computer running Windows 98/ME is only possible through removal of the earlier version. You will have to save its settings first, then restart the computer and install build 411.
You may get a message about a hidden data transfer when Windows Update runs
The application may crash if network activity increases while a dialog box asking if you want to scan a secure connection (SSL) is active
You cannot view video using QuickTime Player on some sites.
Plug-ins for MS Outlook 2007 are not available.
