Paediatric Cardiology is a super specialty dealing with heart disease in children and he is one among the few specialists in Chennai. His areas of interest include percutaneous cardiac interventions, foetal cardiology and Telemedicine. This website is created with the idea of disseminating knowledge to the parents regarding the heart problems encountered in their babies or children. There are separate sections, each specific for subsections of paediatric cardiology. The section Know your Child`s Heart deals with normal heart structure and function and the common signs and symptoms exhibited by children with heart problems. The section titled All about blue babies deals with complex birth defects in the heart with diagrammatic illustrations of the heart problem in comparison to a normal heart and explanation of the condition along with surgical options. The section Non Surgical Treatment deals with commonly available treatment options for closing simple holes in the heart or dealing with narrowed valves or tubes in the heart.
