(Madison, TN) A majority of a new generation of children in America are
growing up in fatherless homes. Whether due to divorce, abandonment,
separation or death, single moms have taken on the burden of raising their children without the support and guidance of a dad.

The Reeding Room is a place kids can go each night to have fun and learn Bible-based life principles through stories and songs.
“I love you and I’m proud of you.” Children need to hear these words especially from their father. Reeding Room creator Dana Reed conveys this simple but profound truth which deeply touches the hearts of all who hear it.

“The reason I’m here.. my purpose in life, is to Rebuke, Encourage, Enlighten and Disciple the Next Generation,” Dana says. “ My goal is to share the heart of God with children and plant seeds in them at an early age.”

Dana’s parents were a wonderful influence in his life. From bedtime Bible stories to church activities, his mom and dad helped lay a positive groundwork for him. “I believe that to whom much is given, much is required,” says Dana. So in the midst of a lull in his production and session work, Dana felt the Lord telling him that it was time to undertake the Reeding Room in earnest.

Dana Reed is no stranger to the music industry. He is a thee-time Dove Award nominated producer. He has produced projects for Tokyo Disney, Integrity Music ( Alvin Slaughter, Alicia Williamson ) , CW Wellspring (Mom Winans) and many independent artists. He also served as music director for CeCe Winans and has played guitar on many recordings including Donnie McClurkin and Shirley Caesar.
