Proteau has 14 years of professional barista experience and has worked with a wide range of coffee equipment in various retail settings. His background also includes drafting work for civil and structural engineering applications, including playground design. His interest in specialty coffee equipment service extends beyond professional training to repairing antique coffee grinders in his spare time.
