This is an advertising program for local musical acts who want to present their album to music audiences through out Southern California. Bands can register at www.musicvideocompreel.com.
The Band creates and provides an approved 15 second video presentation of their album and how people can buy it. "Music Video Comp Reel" will include the presentation in an upcoming scheduled episode for a fee of $75.00, payable through PayPal. This is an opportunity for local bands to get their names next to the top 200 artist.
"Music Video Comp Reel" was created in the summer of 2005 in Los Angeles. The first episode aired in Los Angeles on July 18, 2005 at 3:00pm on Adelphia featuring the band U2. "Music Video Comp Reel" will be broadcasting from KSCI TV starting June 1, 2007. KSCI broadcast reaches 5.9 million households in Southern California including Lancaster, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Orange County, and San Diego. TV audiences can view "Music Video Comp Reel" on Free over the air antenna Reception, Cable, and Satellite via DIRECTV or DISH Network local channel lineup.
