It's been a busy 2007 for Brooklyn-based buzz band Dujeous. They've been featured on a Mark Ronson-produced remix of Lily Allen's smash hit
“Smile,” appeared on the critically acclaimed original soundtrack for the Oscar-nominated film Half Nelson, collaborated with Rhymefest on the
theme song to MTV2's hit show Crank Yankers, and kept their name on everyone's lips after tearing down a prime set at this year's SXSW Festival in Austin, Texas.

Now the seven New York natives are poised to rock their hometown crowd with a headlining slot at the East Village's famed Mercury Lounge on
Friday, April 20th at 11:00 PM. Dujeous' live shows are legendary, having opened for such acts as Kanye West, Slick Rick, KRS-One, and more. What can you expect? Speaker-crushing live breakbeats, virtuoso solos, and some of the freshest lyrics found in today's hip-hop. The
crew is definitely thinking outside the box of contemporary rap music as they continue to incorporate stunning musicality into their
compositions, both live and recorded. Their recently leaked mixtape,Game 7, has had hip-hop heads worldwide talking. Their upcoming
sophomore LP (due in Summer 2007) has been eagerly anticipated since the band was named one of URB magazine's “Next 100.”
