Brussels, Belgium and Sunnyvale, Calif., – July 2007 – Active Up today announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Commtouch® (NASDAQ:CTCH) to license Anti-Spam and Zero-Hour™ Virus Outbreak Detection technology to combat escalating spam and virus threats. ActiveUp.MailSystem is the first full-featured suite of .Net components on the market to offer built-in Commtouch Anti-Spam and Zero-Hour Virus Outbreak Detection technologies.

The Commtouch Anti-Spam and Zero-Hour Virus Outbreak Detection services are both based on patented Recurrent Pattern Detection (RPD™) technology. Integrating these solutions will give ActiveUp.MailSystem service highly sophisticated email security applications. The Commtouch Anti-Spam solution will enhance ActiveUp.MailSystem with real-time detection and blocking of spam in any language or format. The Zero-Hour solution provides protection against new malware outbreaks the moment they emerge, before signatures are released.
