Broadband comparison site Broadband Genie comments on press reports that smaller web companies provide a better service than big names.

The Observer newspaper’s Cash section named Be, Madasafish, Namesco, and PlusNet as those generating the best feedback from their customers while AOL, BT and Orange were criticised by their users for poor customers service, unhelpful technical report and unreliable internet connections.
