This new addition enables Rinaldi to connect her clients with thousands of property listings from the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois (MLSNI), while providing her with a variety of customizable features designed to enhance her business’ productivity.
According to her design preferences, the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois is completely integrated with Elise Rinaldi’s website. IDX Broker uses the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) as a method of extracting information from the MLSNI for use by consumers visiting Rinaldi’s site. The features of IDX Broker are customizable, user friendly, and attractive to consumers. Advanced property search options, a property manager tool which allows consumers to save searches and listings, and automatic email updates all attract consumers and encourage future site visits.
