The United States Bodyboarding Association is proud to announce it's first event outside of the continental USA. November 9-11th the USBA will head to Baja California for the Rosarito Beach Pro. The beautiful beach town of Rosarito has extended an invitation to the USBA to run the second leg of the USBA's West Coast events in their amazing town. The USBA has accepted this offer and will be working with the town of Rosarito and the Mexican Surfing federation on the event to promote the sport of Bodyboarding in Mexico.

The event will feature a $3,000 dollar prize purse with divisions for both Pro men and women along with Drop Knee Pro and an Open Amateur Divisions. The USBA national tours top 16 riders will be on hand for the Rosarito Pro. Big names such as USBA and current IBA World Champion Jeff Hubbard and current Drop Knee USBA Champion Dave Hubbard (Jeff's Brother) will be on hand for the event. Also former Womens world Champion Kira Llewellyn will be hand for this amazing event!


The Rosarito Beach Pro will be held at Rosarito Pier, Baja Norte, which can produce epic bodyboarding conditions for the USBA's and Mexico's best to test their skills. The events opening ceremonies will be held Friday Nov 9th at 10 am PST at the event site and competition will run until the closing ceremony on the Nov 11th at 7 pm PST.
