AMSOIL Direct Jobber Jerry L. Wolford was elected Mayor
of Salem, Ohio this week. He takes office for a four year
term in January 2008.

No other AMSOIL Dealer in the company’s 34 year history has
been elected a municipal Mayor. Mr. Wolford’s achievement
is an AMSOIL Dealer first.

Wolford, age 68, a member of The Alquist Advantage Network
of AMSOIL Dealers, is very experienced in public service.

For 13 years, he has been the First Ward Trustee of Perry
Township (Ohio). He served for six years on the Salem, Ohio
City Council as well.

A fifth generation Salem resident, Wolford is very active in civic and business organizations as a member of The Salem Chamber of Commerce, Salem Historical Society and Salem Preservation Society.

A diverse operator of businesses, he owns and operates not only his AMSOIL distribution business but also Jerry’s Barber Shop, started in 1960, as well as a video production business, Salem Video Arts.

Wolford earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Youngstown
State University in 1974. He served in the U.S. Navy, two years
active service and six years in the reserves.

He is married to his wife, Betty. They have three sons and
grandchildren.

AMSOIL INC. formualtes synthetic oils and lubricants. The
company is headquartered in Superior, Wisconsin. In 2008,
AMSOIL INC. will celebrate 35 years of continuous operations.

AMSOIL products are distributed through a network of independent
AMSOIL Dealers. Mr. Wolford and other higher ranking Dealers are
titled by AMSOIL as Direct Jobbers.

The Alquists are owners/operators of Alquist Enterprises,
headquarted in St. Petersburg, Florida.
