As the trend in fusion foods and healthy eating gains momentum, My Only Chef, a gourmet food service company out of California, introduces their newest line of Lite N More pizzas in San francisco. The Pizzas are made of whole wheat and whole grain crust, deliciously topped with foods and flavors from around the world.
Their most popular flavors have been the Indian styled " Butter Chicken", Tomato N Eggplant, Lamb N Peas and the Very Veggie.
The Pizzas were very well received at the tasting conducted in Chicago during April, 2008 and now being offered at an open house event at the Little India restaurant in Redwood City, on June 8th, between 3pm and 7pm.
According to Manoj Chopra, the president of My Only Chef, the company has already received a lot of potential inquiries about the Lite N More pizza line and hopes to make them available fresh and ready through its local franchise outlets and also as freshly frozen at the local grocery outlets.
