Mallard Computer, Inc., announced today that Janie Evins, one of Mallard’s Corporate Attorneys, has been promoted to the level of Chief Legal Officer (CLO), an executive corporate attorney position. Janie was already added to the corporation’s board of directors back in March, and the company has decided it was time for Janie to be promoted to the highest attorney position in the corporation.

“Janie does such a wonderful job as a corporate attorney that we felt she needed the extra promotion to show our appreciation to all she does,” stated Nathan Parker, Mallard’s President/CEO. “She has shown us she not only has what it takes to be a corporate attorney, but that she also has what it takes to be the Chief Legal Officer for the company.”
