FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
“Boppin’ at The Glue Factory” wins Best Feature award
Seattle, Washington – June 14, 2009
Brooklyn Reptyle Films feature “Boppin’ at The Glue Factory” recently won the Best Feature award from Seattle True Independent Film Festival.
“Boppin’ at The Glue Factory” tells the story of a junkie nurse who runs the night shift at a convalescent home while attempting to score his favorite drug.
According to the film’s director, Jeff Orgill,“I was inspired by a close friend from the medical industry who managed to charm his way along while remaining functionally high on pharmaceutical grade narcotics. They say you won’t kick until you hit rock bottom. But what if you can avoid that forever?”
Orgill is touring the festival circuit with “Boppin’ at The Glue Factory” having already played Buffalo-Niagara, Monaco, and Seattle with upcoming screenings in France, Sacramento and Los Angeles.
Orgill is also in development on his next feature “The Girl with The Wandering Eye.”
