As of April 2009, The Virginia real estate market had seen significant changes in the agencies providing services to homebuyers and sellers. Between June 12, 2007 and April 12, 2009, Exit Realty showed an increased in active agents of 65%. The balance of the real estate companies in Virginia saw losses, with only one other real estate agency showing a minimal growth of 8%.
