New York, NY (September 2, 2009) – Today, Any Global Charity (AGC) announced their intent to purchase the Madoff Montauk cottage in Montauk, Long Island for a to be negotiated price of $7 Million to $8 Million dollars. Any Global Charity plans to keep the property under the assets of the Foundation and renovate for the purpose of hosting private events where all the proceeds benefit Madoff investors. An anonymous donor has already generously donated the first $1 Million dollars toward the purchase of the estate.

Although small for Mantauk, the Madoff property sits on prime ocean front real estate that will be a perfect backdrop for the anticipated high end epicurian and fashion events. Any Global Charity is an event agency with principals having wide ranging event experience in non-profit, not for profit and publicly traded companies. Events are always topical, appeal to an affluent audience and are easily formatted to integrate local and community interests.

Any Global Charity plans to spend the rest of September raising the additional $7 Million needed to purchase the estate and then an additional $500,000 for renovations. The immediate goal is to have the home renovated and able to host events in early December, in time for the Holiday Season. Additional proceeds will be raised for the benefit of Madoff investors through various events, and could top $10 Million per year. This estimate is in addition to the $7 Million that will be raised for the sale of the property.
