Kona, Hawaii November 15, 2009 -- Kona Coast Raceway Estates, LLC is actively seeking investors for the development of an energy independent property subdivision dedicated to motorsport pursuits. The development is slated to feature a motorsports country club, a 2.5 mile road course (built to international sanctioning body standards), an infield motocross and off-road track, driving school and race shop, and paved areas for autocross use, kart racing, and driver development.

Approximately 100 estate parcels of 5 acres each will be available for purchase. Similar to fly-in subdivisions, this new development will provide racers with a dedicated space to live and play, and bring amateur and professional motor racing to the state of Hawaii. Landowners, investors, and country club members will receive preferential access to the motorsports facilities.
